 Tim Irgens BS, CSCS, CPT

Tim emerged himself in the culture of physical fitness in high school and never looked back. He graduated from Spokane Falls Community College with an Associates of Applied Science in Health and Fitness in 2011, and went on to complete his Bachelors in Exercise Science at Eastern Washington University in 2013. With special interest in tried methods of strength and conditioning, he views everyone as an athlete. He has years of experience in dealing with orthopedic injuries, special populations, and high school and collegiate athletes. He has a love for strength and conditioning that gives him a passion for teaching others how to move well and live healthier. In addition to his degree, he is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a Level 2 Advanced Sports Performance Coach through the USA Olympic Committee.

 Mackenzie Davis, CPT
Mackenzie was introduced to the world of physical fitness at a young age as she has been a participant in various sports and activities ranging from pole vaulting to rugby and everywhere in between. High school and college sports familiarized Mackenzie with the weight room and the advantages of proper resistance training. Mackenzie is currently a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council for Exercise. She is also a student at Eastern Washington University majoring in Exercise Science/Pre-Physical Therapy and she plans to attend graduate school to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Mackenzie’s continual love for fitness has led her to influence others to enjoy working out while appreciating the health benefits that come with training the body to move well. She views everyone as an athlete who can live a healthier life through the implication of fitness into their everyday life.
